I got this from my wife for a Christmas present after seeing the huge Rhombicosidodecahedron exhibit at the Palm Springs Art Museum. While this smaller unit isn't as impressive as the one in the museum, it is so much fun to just watch.

I didn't expect it to live up to the videos. But what you see is for once what you get. It's bright and clear. I got one to evaluate for gift giving and now I'm sending one to my sister-in-law for her birthday. It has a USB-A cable, so it can be powered with wall outlets via any USB power adapter. The associated phone app works well also, better than the remote control, with more control over the patterns and colors.

There are similar things being sold online that I’ve seen on social media and they’re expensive! This light checks a lot of those boxes for a fraction of the cost and I love it. I’ve had for over a month now and it’s worked perfectly for my game room.
